About the Teachers
Sifu/Sensei - John Keefe has been teaching martial arts for over 25 years, blending deep martial arts knowledge with a passion for helping students grow in mind, body, and spirit.
John is certified under revered 10th Degree Black Belt Professor Nick Cerio. Cerio can be credited with both expanding and helping to popularize kenpo on the east coast, more specifically New England.
He trained for more than a decade under the renowned Master Bow Sim Mark, in Boston’s Chinatown. Master Mark is internationally respected for her expertise in Yang Style Tai Chi, Wu Style Tai Chi, and the Combined Tai Chi Chuan, all of which she studied under some of China’s most legendary masters.
Sifu Michael Morrissey, a dedicated student of Sifu Keefe for over 10 years, has been teaching Tai Chi for the past 6 years. His calm presence and commitment to the art make him a valuable guide for both new and continuing students.
