John Keefe has been teaching martial arts for over 30 years. To ensure the highest level of quality, John still attends seminars and visits schools of all styles to learn from some of the finest martial artists in the world, always attempting to expand his knowledge, his abilities, and refinement of techniques.

A 5th degree black belt "Shihan" (Expert Instructor) in Kenpo Karate and Tai-Chi instructor, he has extensive study in Tae Kwon Do, Kung–Fu, Ju-Jitsu, Boxing, Nihongo (Japanese Language), and Weapons from Japan and China.


Highlights of John Keefe's Martial Arts Career

After 40 years of training and reaching the level of 5th degree back belt "master level" John Keefe founded the style of martial arts called "Dynamic Fist Law". John combined various systems and styles in a unique and different way. DFL is divided into 3 groups, Traditional (forms), Self Defense and Fighting.

Had students place in national tournaments in both sparring and forms.

Along with his love of martial arts, John has played drums in a band and still sits in on occasions as a fill in drummer. He also builds websites as a freelance designer. One of his other accomplishments was getting his certification to fly small planes.
One of his other passion besides martial arts is motorcycling. John has ridden over the Cascade Mountains and Mt Rainer Seattle WA and other West Coast motorcycling trips as well as ridden many times on the Loudon NH Racetrack.
