If your looking for a low impact workout that works the whole body will enjoy the Tai Chi Program, with the emphasis on flexibility, balance, and internal strength. Tai Chi is a well known exercise to relieve stress. Beginner students learn the short "24 Step" form. Advanced students learn the long form "Combined Tai Chi" and Tai Chi Sword. Fitness for the body AND mind!
